The project consists of the following: Supplying and constructing a 90’ wide by 90’ long x 20’ tall storage/ag building structure (with new foundation) including water service and power service. Scope of work includes the following: Division 0 - Procurement and Contracting Requirement, Division 1 - General Requirements, Division 3 - Concrete, Division 13 - Special Construction, Division 31 - Earthwork, Division 33 - Utilities.

Due to the fact that bids must be submitted via FedEx, sub-bids are due to Ginno Construction by March 7th, 2018 at 1 PM .

Bidders may download electronic files at no cost. Printed documents are available, at Bidders expense, by choosing the “Order” option.

A pre-bid tour of the project (highly recommended) will be held on March 1, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. (PST) at the project site. Contact the Bureau of Engineering, (208) 334-3730 by February 28, 2018 to make arrangements to attend this tour.
