Remodel of existing Sheriff’s Office evidence facility, repurposing of a housing pod within the existing Work Release Facility for evidence processing and storage and the remodel of the existing Evidence Annex (Bid Alternate #1), along with other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE: shall be November 9th, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at the Kootenai County Public Safety Complex, located at 5500 North Government Way, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. All General Contractors, electrical and mechanical subcontractors who intend to bid on this project are required to attend this conference. Bids from contractor/subcontractors who fail to attend the Pre-Bid Conference will be deemed non-responsive.
