Whitworth University Chapel Expansion - (SUB-BIDS) - Spokane
The Whitworth University Chapel Expansion, is located at 300 W. Hawthorne Road, Spokane, WA 99251. B. Work for the project includes a new 3,940 square foot addition to the northeast of the existing Whitworth University Chapel as well as selective remodeling and alterations within the existing structure. C. New Addition: In general, the structure is concrete slab on grade, CMU load bearing and structural steel frame construction, with Glulam and wood framed roof, rigid insulation and a single ply roof membrane. The exterior walls are constructed of glazed storefront, CMU and brick veneer. D. Existing Remodel: Includes selective remodel of spaces and finishes throughout the existing structure. E. Site work includes excavation, on-site drainage, paving, curbs, walks, site lighting, landscaping and irrigation system, as well as coordinated connections to existing sanitary sewer, water, power, gas, and telephone. A new fire lane is also planned.
